I purchased this set to go with the same pattern, service of 8. The bowls are different than what is in the service of 8. The pattern is French Countryside. Dishes are beautiful, sturdy and very reasonably priced. I Am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very nice set

Although the pattern is a perfect match each piece is twice as thick as the original and twice as heavy. It works for us to replace some pieces in an existing service for 12 but it wouldn't be my first choice because of the thickness.

It is a pretty set. Weighs more than we thought it would. It is quite tall and will not fit well in our dishwasher. Our son ordered 1 set to give to us, which came with a dinner plate totally broken. The other set was purchased by my husband for me, and it came without any problems. We await the replacement set for the shipment that came with the broken dinner plats. Thank you.
