We ordered 16 place settings and one regular fork had a defect. One tong was “burnt”, etched below the polish. We need this one piece replaced. Otherwise, the set was beautiful

You get what you pay for!!! This set is really nice. and is made of very high-quality material. It is also beautifully designed. I can't imagine paying for a whole set but if you can afford it, go for it!
