I ordered the Arte Stainless Steel Ice and I believe I received just Stainless Steel, not the matte ice finish. Additionally, beware that these utensils are difficult to rest on your dinnerware....very slippery and have a mind of their own.

I love this stainless silver super elegant perfect for having a black tie dinner or just for everyday use. I love the teardrop shape an style of them. Perfect weight. But remember when you order these you only get 1 set , yes comes with one set, so you need to order eight sets to have a right place setting, I was sad about that but I do just love these.

I really like this set of silverware. I originally purchased it thinking it matched another set i had. It doesnt but i like these even better. They have a different shape than most and like the way the knife stands up.

The unique style of the knife in this set is what originally drew my attention. I usually prefer silver in color rather then gold but this gold set just gave a subtle elegance that I couldn't resist. In person it's just as beautiful as the picture and it's a little larger then I expected which was a nice surprise. It definitely is not your standard silverware. Each piece is heavy and sturdy but unfortunately not as sharp as I expected. The knife is not much sharper than a butter knife but will be good enough to use on steamed veggies and baked potatoes. The dullness of the utensils coupled with the fact that it only serves one and the heafty price they cost is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 stars. I do wish it had more options in quantity instead of only the serving for one but overall it's a very nice set.
