EDIT TO ADD: I didn't think customer service would be this awesome from reading reviews. They were fast to help me rectify the issue, I am pleased and impressed... Thank you! Quick to arrive. I was so excited for these dishes on sale for about $100 per set. I purchased 2 sets, green and blue. They arrived in the same large box. The green set came in the original box but it was open and obviously returned. The blue set was double boxed and sealed, which was odd. The green set has an off-colored plate. Very blue around the side compared to the other plate. They just don't match...Ok. The blue ones came with a broken medium sized bowl. I've read other reviews saying they couldn't get a replacement from Lenox anymore. I'm still going to try. In the meantime, I came back to purchase a new blue set assuming that I'll probably like having extras...and they added more than $20 to the price in a few days.

Love the plates but were delivered broken, the manufacture didn’t have replacement pieces to send me.
