Worst experience ever! Keep on getting damaged or defective tableware set. And the customer service is not helpful at all.

I've had the Imperial Caviar Gold for several years and I love it. It looks so nice on the table with my Lenox Holiday dishes. I am hoping to add another 4 place settings to my set. I try to hand wash these, but they are just fine in my dishwasher. Simply perfect!
