It's my own fault, but I thought I was ordering 2 X the 4 full settings rather than 2 X one 4 piece set. Very pretty, but super disappointed for the price.

The other reviews are correct. These dishes are spectacular! I just received 12 place settings in 2 separate shipments and every single item arrived in perfect condition! I chose these particular dishes because I read in the reviews that they do not get too hot in the microwave and that is the only reason I felt I needed to replace the set I already had. Of course, seeing is believing and, at the writing of this review, they have been tried and tested by my family who were the most vocal critics of the previous set. We will be using these for every day but, they are beautiful enough to use for holidays and special occasions!

The dishes are simple, but beautiful enough got any occasion.

Dishes are beautiful, I may order more.
