This is the second shipment that I have received where the saucer is broken. I had asked for a replacement from the first shipment of only the saucer, but a 5pc place setting was sent. All I need is for y’all to replace the saucer that goes with the cup. I don’t understand if it is the packing of the product or the transportation of product, but something needs to be corrected. Thank you.

The customer service I got was great as usual from Wayfair. However, two of the tea cups saucers came to me broken. The Wayfair staff immediately answered and got new teacup saucers ordered for me.

I bought it has a gift and loved it. Beautiful dinnerware.
