Excellent Lenox quality. Replacement bowl for one that broke. It’s authentic Lenox and matches the others.

Love these bowls. The size and shape is perfect for cereal, pasta, soup, salad...whatever you eat in a bowl. The design is elegant. Yet these are durable and not super fragile like fine china, while still having that classy look.

This bowl was a warranty replacement. A chipped CHIRP bowl came out of my dishwasher. I notified Lenox. They replaced it for free, including shpping.

I purchased this solely because the web says porcelain will not heat up in the microwave. I wanted something that would heat up the contents of the bowl but not bowl itself. Tested my new bowl today with soup, the bowl got very hot. So, i'm not happy with the product but will keep them since wife likes the pattern.
