Bought several as a gift- huge hit!

I ordered two mugs which gave me free shipping. First one (orange) arrived broken. The packing was a very poor job. Common sense would tell you that one sheet of bubble wrap and nothing else in a box that was so big the mug rolled around, was probably not a good idea. I contacted Wayfair and they sent a replacement. After a few days I received an email that said I would be unable to get the second (red) mug. I was refunded the money. However now I’m out one mug and if I order a different color, since it’s only one mug, I would have to pay shipping. They could have offered to send a mug in a different color to replace the red, but they did not. I like the mug that I did get. It’s a really pretty color. I am disappointed with my experience with Wayfair though.
