I purchased a set of these in the champagne size/type to give as a wedding gift, and they fit the bill perfectly. The glasses are very elegant and delicate, and they look and feel expensive and finely crafted. The design is what I would describe as classic with a twist. The slight curve of the lip is just beautiful, and I think the style is versatile enough such that you could pair these with other serving items that are either modern or more classic in their aesthetic and it would all look cohesive. I recommend these without reservation. The one thing that surprised me upon seeing them in person is that the size of the glass bowl is a little larger than I was imagining based on the pictures, but it's not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. I should have realized this would be the case when I ordered them, as these have a 12.8 oz capacity and the typical champagne flute is more in the 7-10 oz. range.
