I received these well packaged with no damage to the items. Needless to say I am beyond thrilled with these. They are beautiful! They are made heavy duty and the shine is beautiful. I found the best 18-10-gauge stainless steel flatware at Wayfair. The Fontessa 40-piece set hit the mark. It is practical and stylish. I wanted service for eight that was high quality and durable with a look that would upgrade our family’s everyday dining experience but also work for formal meals and entertaining guests. The 40-piece Fontessa stainless steel flatware set fits all my criteria. It looks so good on my table that I don’t need two sets of flatware as the design is both simple and elegant. The weight of each piece conveys quality and durability. The knives, forks and spoons in the 40-piece set just feel good in the hand. They look great after washing. It does say that it is recommended that the flatware be hand washed but I admit I put it in the dishwasher, and it came out bright and polished looking. You can see in the pictures that I have attached to this review that the simple design goes with all types of kitchen decor I would buy this set again and probably will as it would be good to have more pieces for family gatherings. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality set of flatware.

I’m very very satisfied with this 40 piece stainless steel flatware set. It arrived very quickly. It was packed in two separate boxes of 20 pieces of silverware. It is enough silverware for a service of eight. It has a high shine and a heavy weight which I like. I highly recommend this silverware set.

This is an amazing set of cutlery. it is nice and heavy but elegant and stylish all at the same time. It is dishwasher safe and its design is sophisticated and simple but not common. I will use these when I have a nice dinner party.
