This Fortessa Heirloom plateware and bowler is simply the best of all time. Classic. Beautiful matte finish. “Organic” shaped without being weirdly wavy-looking at the edges (visually and literally the mildest integration of a soft-looking undulation at the edges - read: no strangely shaped fishes which take away from the actual full size one expects). These are not just beautiful but sturdy and easy care and they stack wonderfully well in the dishwasher (not too thick and unwieldy). A+ - PERFECT.
