I purchased these spoons in place of tongs for our ice buckets. The ice from our ice machine is fairly small and the tongs just weren't grabbing them well. These spoons are perfect. They are heavy duty so they could definitely be used for multiple things. The only downfall with these for us is they were a tad larger than I hoped for, but like I said, they work great!
