Bordering ridiculous. I am now on my third attempt to get this product as ordered. Being told they understand the issue but not solving the problem. This is a Christmas present and allowed plenty of time and now we will see if I get it or is complete by then. A month or maybe more for spoons! Maybe 3rd time is a charm...maybe.

These soup spoons are excellent for what I needed them for (to eat most of my meals)! Kinda wish the handles were a little longer - to keep spoons from falling into bigger bowls!
