Beautiful dishware and excellent quality

Love the dish great platter for everything extra at meal time

The item was beautiful, however, the customer service received was terrible for such a large company. In brief, I found this platter for significantly less elsewhere - I offered all proof of this. No discount was offered, only an option to return the platter (at my expense) and get a refund. Still worked out cheaper for me, with the other retailer. No wonder Wayfair needs to lay off people, this is not smart business. The Resolution Management group needs serious revamping. Once my refund is granted, I will be closing my online account. Wayfair is generally too expensive.
