Delighted by this item! The glaze is lovely, almost a shame to put anything in it because of the center crackly glaze. As a former potter I can tell you this is difficult to achieve. Obviously with newer techniques it's not as tough as it may have been back in the "olden days". Just so pretty!

This serving platter is heavy and thick! Quality is great and size is huge! This will make a great serving platter/plate for cheese and fruit or bread. You can use it for anything you need it for. The lip is also thick and substantial which is nice when you're walking with a full platter of cheese and fruit, like grapes that tend to roll around, the lip will ensure they don't roll right off the platter. Or if you're serving fruit that has juices the juice won't spill over the side. Shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent to keep the platter from potential damage. This platter is perfect for what I needed, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a nice serving platter!

The Cloude Terre Arlo Variegated Serving Bowl arrived securely packaged in an insulated carton. Upon opening, I was surprised by its shallow depth and wide surface area, leading me to think it would be better described as a "Serving Platter." This shape makes it ideal for presenting various entrees, like meats or roasted vegetables. The bowl is exceptionally well-made and feels very sturdy. While it appears to be dishwasher-safe, it would be helpful if this information, along with any other care instructions, were engraved on the back for easy reference in a busy kitchen.

This is the perfect shallow bowl for taco salad! It is very useful addition for meal service. It is well-made and the perfect size. It is very simple and elegant. I highly recommend this serving dish for its multiple uses.

This serving bowl is absolutely gorgeous in person. It is stoneware and has a very low profile with a short lip that stands tall, which lends itself to a variety of dishes this would be appropriate for, including those with sauces. It’s like… a plate bowl! It is stamped on the bottom as Cloude Terre and you can still see small splashes of white glaze uneven on the underside, which makes it look small batch made rather than mass produced. It has a heavy weight. The white leans toward the grey side rather than a beigey white, which you can see in the glaze toward center of bowl. Can’t say enough great things this will def class up my dinner presentation game!
