• Oven safe up to 350 degrees.
• Do not store food or leave it in standing water.
• Do not cut directly on the surface or clean with abrasive materials.
• Hand-wash with gentle detergent and towel dry immediately.
• This piece is hand-wash only. Please do not put in the dishwasher.
