Endless possibility. Cosmos is my interpretation of the stars and what might lie beyond them. Glimmers of gold bring this 3D wall sculpture to life, as they break through the swirls of brown all around.

Cool and crisp were the words that appeared in my mind one morning. Cool and crisp like the Arctic. Inspired by both the Arctic Sky (white clouds with blue sky) and the reflection of the Arctic Landscape (clear blue water flowing through frozen ice and snow). This dynamic and harmonious composition brings a crisp and cool feel to any environment.

Four Seasons is an attempt to capture a year through the glass. Each tile represents a season and the rotation of a full calendar year. Inspired by the world-renowned Victoria Falls in Zambia, “Cascade” is a piece that was born out of pure awe. As it’s happened many times before, I was standing in front of nature in its full power, full beauty. Victoria Falls is the world’s largest waterfall, and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Cascade is a glass and metal wall sculpture that pays homage to the seemingly endless falling water of Victoria Falls.

Tryptic is a unique design in the Karo Studios’ Grid Series. It’s modular, it can be displayed as three separate pieces or one piece in three parts. I wanted to give my collectors, a chance to join the creative process, with a wall sculpture that allows for creative displays.

While visiting Japan and experiencing all of its beauty, I found myself in a moment of absolute presence on top of a mountain, when my eyes made contact with sunset so beautiful that I realized I had to do everything in my power to capture it. Once I was back in my studio I immediately started sketching and designing Sunset. The challenge of capturing a moment of pure presence, translating a moment into a glass and metal wall sculpture to be displayed forever presented me with an opportunity to create something truly powerful - like a Sunset in a far-off land.

I’ve spent many nights working from dusk until dawn, and so much attention is paid to the dawn. Dusk, is the time of day when my work starts - inspiration flows and I cut glass and place it onto metal. Experimenting all night with new ideas, new forms, new materials. Dusk is the beginning for many artists, not just the end of the day. This glass and metal wall sculpture represents beginnings as much as it symbolizes an ending.

Malachite was one of the first ores to produce copper metal and today it enjoys a different life. Known as “The Transformer,” it is known to bring about transformation in the bearer's life. It can represent the full bloom of nature. It is known to some as a bringer of money. To others, it’s all about love. For as many bands as a single piece of Malachite has in it, it can hold that many meanings. Similar to glass. No two pieces are exactly identical. Malachite was a natural inspiration for a glass and metal wall sculpture.
