The Artist, David Keochkerian, lives in Somme, France. He has a Ph.D. in human physiology and works in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He’s been practicing photography for 5 years now, although he fell into the cauldron when he was a child: his father is now a retired photographer. He grew up with the smell of chemicals and the shutter snap and purr of his roller transport print processor. “I like to capture the fleeting, the subtle, the beautiful, the rare, the spectacular, the staggering… to reveal how the daily and the ordinary can be filled with enthusiasm.” His work is very heterogeneous. He uses and associates many photographic techniques (DRI, HDR, panoramic, Vertorama, long exposure), image renditions (color, B&W, infrared), and different themes (landscape, macro, light-painting, architecture, industry).

Artist Victor Ryan is based in Anaheim, California. He has been drawing and painting since he was a child and recounts some of his childhood memories of comic books and cartoons to his work. Victor continued his art education throughout his school years by attending the Art Institute in Laguna Beach as well as Cal State Fullerton. As an artist that enjoys working with oils and acrylics, some main themes that can be explored in Victor’s work relate to childhood youth and fantasy.
