I was excited when I ordered this as it would have been perfect in our living room. But, when I received it, the square piece that surrounds the clock looked totally different than the picture. In the picture it reminds me of a leopard or a tortoise shell background with the darker crystals. When I received it, the background was a gold color and the crystals were clear. All my clocks are from this company and have been very high quality. I like but don’t love this one. It’s quite a bit bigger than I expected, but also feels more thin and flimsy than other clocks I purchased. It also doesn’t feel vintage school house as depicted.
