The initial response was that the item is not returnable because it was made to order. This item was on stock and was not made to order. It said one item left when I purchased it. I purchased it in good faith thinking Perigold sells high quality material. I hope Perigold approves my request to return the tapestry. In fact I would not even call it a tapestry.
