The design with light lantern can be used all year round for summer evenings on the patio, for decoration on the floor, on the table, on the stairs, and in windows - and as a stylish decoration with cones, fir, and cinnamon sticks Maria Berntsen has designed this mobile light source in mouth-blown glass and full-grain leather to create that distinctive Scandinavian atmosphere anywhere This lantern is in both transparent and frosted glass and is beautiful alone or in combination. This is an ideal gift idea for a special occasion.
With the ARC tealight holders and the rest of the ARC series, industrial designer Sebastian Holmback has really pushed the boundaries for how a contrasting design language can create an innovative product that also reflects the essence of Holmegaard's classic design history. The stylish ARC tealight holders are made from dark blue, hand-pressed glass and have a design that reflects the light beautifully. When the flame's pleasant glow spreads and meets the soft contours of the glass, it creates a small oasis of calm where you can simply surrender yourself to the beauty and magic of the mouth-blown glass. The tealight holders are sold in packs of two and have the same contrasting design as the ARC series' vases, flowerpots and lanterns, but the recognisable arcs are scaled down in size so that they fit perfectly with tealights. The top and bottom are the same diameter on all the designs in the ARC series, while the ring in the middle is slightly larger. This creates three parallel circles in beautiful symmetry. But even though the tealight holders only measure 5 cm in height and 7 cm in diameter, their curved shapes and sharp edges create a great effect when the flame is lit and viewed through the hand-pressed glass.
Designer Maria Berntsen created the beautiful Design with Light lanterns in glass which is mouth-blown by glassblowers, who carefully blow exactly the right amount of air through a narrow pipe to shape the glass. The Design with Light lantern can be used all year round as a light source or ornament, and you can move it around indoors and outdoors to suit, using its strong, sturdy full-grain leather strap. The olive-green color is classic and subdued, creating an elegant and natural look inside or outside. When the light is reflected through the olive-green glass, it gets a warm and pleasant glow, and you clearly sense designer Maria Bentsen's talent for catching and reflecting light in her designs.
On those dark days and evenings, enjoy some cozy candlelight with these lovely tealight holders in the Primula range. These holders are 3.7" in diameter.
With artist Jette Frolich's nostalgic and masterful paper cuttings, Holmegaard Christmas invites you to take a look through the windows of a traditional old bakery. Admire Jette Frolich's original and artistic universe up close on the small tealight holders, sold in packs of two, and celebrate Christmas with family and friends in the glow of candlelight. The 7.5-cm tall and highly decorative tealight holders are extremely aesthetic and create a cosy atmosphere when the flame glows onto the motifs on Jette Frolich's tealight holders, casting shadows and reflections. The motifs are different on the two tealight holders and are both variations of Jette Frolich's nostalgic Christmas universe. On one of the tealight holders, a boy is standing outside the shop window looking in with great curiosity. He can see four Christmas cakes – two Christmas cakes with frosting and holly on display, a gingerbread house and a beautiful Christmas pretzel. On the second tealight holder, you see a girl sitting in the bakery's cafe drinking a cup of hot chocolate, while the bakery's window is beautifully decorated with Christmas cakes and a gingerbread heart. The motifs on the tealight holders are variations of the motif that adorns the entire Holmegaard Christmas 2023 series. The motifs are based on reflections on the magic of Christmas, and beautifully convey children's love of Christmas and the sense of anticipation for the big day.
The elegant ARC lanterns from Holmegaard create a cosy atmosphere both indoors and outdoors with their unique design that reflects the light beautifully. The 10" lantern is made from mouth-blown borosilicate glass and is designed to hold a tealight or small pillar candles. A metal plate at the bottom of the lantern keeps the candle stable and secure. And the metal plate at the top protects the handle from the heat of the flame while stabilising the glass as you carry the lantern. For example, place one or more lanterns on the table, on the window sill, by the stairs, on the floor or on the terrace. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, depending on the look you want to create.
The Design with Light series is known and revered for its clean lines With its clear glass and a full grain leather strap as an elegant detail, the series has become the epitome of the Scandinavian design tradition The pillar candle holder here fits standard pillar candles with its 2" diameter As a finishing touch that celebrates light as a phenomenon, designer Maria Berntsen has created a stylish cone-shaped Christmas candle in white candlewax that perfectly fits the holder's circumference and helps you count down to Christmas Day throughout December in the most beautiful way

In December, the magic happens when we make Christmas cookies and other treats, which we have been looking forward to tasting and savoring since last Christmas. But the kitchen is not just a place where all kinds of Christmas treats are produced; It is also where we relax and spend time together. It is where we wrap gifts, light the Advent wreath and have a hot drink when the frost bites outside. Here, the baked goods come out of the oven smelling good; flour and sugar are on display; Christmas apples decorate bowls; and the coziness is completed with hyacinths in glass and Christmas wreaths in the windows.

In 1981, Jette Frölich made her first characteristic paper cuttings for Holmegaard’s Christmas bottle. Now, four decades later, Holmegaard’s Christmas series has become a tradition and treasured collector’s item for many Christmas fans. This is very much due to Jette Frölich's unique talent for transforming the key messages of Christmas - care, generosity, and meticulous preparations - into simple motifs rich in Christmas spirit. She illustrates the easily recognizable emotions that are always inside us but become particularly amplified during the festive season. This year, her reflections on the magic of Christmas have resulted in a beautifully illustrated Christmas series for Holmegaard, in which Jette Frölich invites us to celebrate Christmas together. Frölich's 2022 interpretation of the atmospheric festive season beautifully illustrates the message of our common Christmas. It is all about home, and the illustrations on the Christmas tealight holders reflect that joy of anticipation when we cozy up indoors and get together with family and friends from near and far.
