Kontur Single Curtain Rod

All designers, as well as Art Decor, are tired of seeing the same old adjustable rods with multiple versions of the same finial. Art Decor has spent years perfecting the Kontur Traverse Rod because the design community actually can measure and appreciates a custom made rod. Kontur is a wood rod wrapped in a high density laminate with an aluminum channel inserted to provide a high efficiency traverse system. The laminate prevents the wood from warping and is scratch resistant, as well as dye lot consistent. You can now order multiple rods and they will all be the same color! Kontur has a modern look but is so refined in appearance; it will still be fashionable for years to come.
These rods are really nice and look great. The 4 rather than a 5 is because the the finial is part of the track so the draperies don't stop at the end of the rod but go all the way to the end of the finial. It looks a little odd (unprofessional) - not as nice as the rod I used in my bedroom which was a professional grade rod. For the price, this rod is quite nice.. Pat. Phoenix, AZ. Tue Aug 29 2023

No instructions for hanging the curtain from this rod. You get 24 white plastic clips that slide on the track. How you connect the curtain to the white plastic clips is up to you. I used hog rings and small S-binders .. Peter. Oak Hills, CA. Thu Apr 02 2020

The endcaps have an open bottom, so drapes traverse right to the end avoiding any side light gaps. Monaco Wood has been designed for drapes with hook systems. The rods are manual draw, so they can be used for one way or center opening drapes.
