The pillow is beautiful, but the color is not quite right for my room. When I contacted customer service the same day I received the pillow regarding a return, I was told that the pillow is not returnable. I was also told that this information is cited in very small print on the website, which is why I probably missed it. Yes, I did indeed miss it, Shame on you, Perigold, for not being clear and upfront about the return policy for this item. I would not have ordered the pillow had I known.
