Quality construction. Nice material. It lost a star due to lower quality insert. Too rigid/firm that puffs the pillow out in all sides. Will never be able to look like the image with a nice, relaxed indent on top. It currently has the look of a cheaper quality pillow. Will need to buy a replacement insert.
