I was so excited to receive this tray, that I didn’t notice right away that it was cracked. I have tried to find a way to contact customer service for a replacement, but have had no luck. This tray was expensive, but the quality of the product and the customer service have been disappointing.

The crocodile acrylic trays are gorgeous!! Absolutely beautiful.

Horrible company. I canceled twice. They delivered it 5 months later when I didn’t need it. Stay away
