• Michael is highly inspired by his surroundings and often makes sculptures of objects that might otherwise be overlooked in the everyday. Nature is his biggest muse, as is the handmade process.
• Each Michael Aram metal object undergoes a series of grinding, buffing, and polishing techniques. Variations or 'imperfections' in the product's finish are characteristic of the creation process. Due to this handmade nature, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
• Directions for placing photo in frame: Never move the tab without loosening the screw first as the tab may snap. Loosen the screw then move the tab. Remove the frame's back and place the photo in. Place the frame's back in place. Set tabs in the correct position, then tighten screws in place. Do not use the tab to loosen or tighten the screw. A screwdriver should be used.
