When I ordered the Clock I talked to the Representative and asked specifically if the Clock would be in the right Place and Setup. The Answer from her was yes. However when they delivered the Clock today, the Delivery People brought the Clock in, put it in Place with the all the Packing. The Son paid the Delivery Person 80 Dollars just to take the Cardboard off. It is out of the Box, but the Chains etc are just hanging there mess up. The Clock itself is what I wanted, but just not like I received it. I have bought other Item from Wayfair in the Past , all to my Satisfaction.

We absolutely love our clock! The pendulum was bent when we received the pkg but we called the number in the guide and they sent a new one without a question. It works very well

This grandfather clock is costly, but it is such a beauty and pleasant to sight that I can’t stop going back to it and watching it tik-tok. Very nice additional to my house. Big ban sound is really gentle and nice to listen to. Also, you have to secure it to the wall as otherwise the clock I may fall. All security devices are provided. Highly recommend it.
