Beautiful but the hour hand is about 1/2 number off. When the minute hand is straight up the hour hand is between 2 numbers

In general I love this clock. My review is for customer service related to a problem with the clock. Unfortunately, it has paint splatter on the white face of the clock. The pictures they shared of what was normal does not look anything like the paint splatter that is on my clock. The paint splatter on my piece looks like sloppy work and craftmanship. It's just poor quality. I am very disappointed in how customer service handled this. They sent me an email that didn't come through with a message in it and I replied asking for them to resend. They did not resend. I called customer service to see what the email said. They read it to me and they were supposed to have the email sent again so I could reply to their comments and it was never sent to me. I may choose to return it and asked customer service to set that in motion. Again, it's disappointing that it wasn't handled better.

Clock hour hand swings freely and does not move when I rotate dial and thus cannot set time. Will return as not usable.

Love the look. Seems to be working fine. Tells me when to get out of the hot tub!!

It didn’t take work. I had to watch a video from YouTube and take it apart and fix it.
