Ok, so I wish I would have had this review prior to purchasing. This is not self adhesive. Cut the strips vertically and not horizontally. When you go to paint it, it will bubble. When it bubbles you will want to cry. Rest assured that it will dry and the bubbles will be gone. I think it looks beautiful, but would never do it again!

Really pretty I used it on a piece of furniture I redid. Used to be able to buy this at the local home improvement store but no one carries it locally any more. So glad I found it a Wayfair!
