So disappointed, I bought it with a description 72inch high, I received today with less than 60 inch high

Excellent product! I was going to put a new pot on it once it arrived, but the one that came in actually look great! It was securely fastened within an extremely large box (which I can reuse for many projects!) and was quite secure so that it would not move around at all during shipping. The delivery team (E. Hester and L. Smith) were very friendly and keep me apprised of the timing of the delivery (this is not something you want to just leave outside!) and they even put it right in my garage for me. In terms of realisticness, I would give the plant a 6.5/10. The leaves are a little sparse and are placed a little too evenly on the plant, but the stems are very easy to bend, and the basket it comes in with the mask covering looks great. I have it in a corner nook that doesn't get a lot of light, so it was perfect for me and my needs since no one's really going to see it up close. It was really hard to find something this tall, so I really appreciate the great product!

Stunning looks amazingly real!

WOW! I was very nervous ordering this as the cost seemed very high for something I couldn't see and touch before I bought it. When I first ordered it the delivery date was about a month out but it kept getting moved up and I was surprised when they called yesterday and said they would be delivering today. A good 2 weeks before they said they would. I could not be more pleased! It comes in a fairly large basket but I put it in a huge Asian ceramic pot and added 2 orchids and 2 bromeliads (also from Wayfair) and some moss. It just needed a little bending and straightening of the leaves which took all of about 5 minutes. It truly is a statement piece and looks very real and elegant.
