I don't understand the finish. I have never seen a wrapped canvas piece of art with a what might appear as a shiny, protective film on it. If under glass, one expects a reflection unless it's museum glass. However, canvas should represent a brushstroke quality making it a good representation of the original.

it's wrapped in a plastic film that looks cheap. I'm sending it back.
