Frame is warped, bows in toward the center of the picture (~½” gap at the edges, touches print in the center). To spare myself the significant delay in time to get another picture, I removed the frame and throwing it away and hung the picture up without a frame. What a waste. This picture should have never been shipped with such an obvious defect.
