[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is painful for back sleepers. It pushed my chin to my chest which caused neck pain. Not good.

Pillows are not as advertised. They are extremely extremely firm. You could not sleep on your stomach. Customer service not interested in feedback.

If you want neck & shoulder pain then this is for you. My Husband & I used it for over 2 weeks, too firm, adjusted it many times!! And we tried breaking it as instructed, still no change, woke up in pain. Total waste of $$$

Worst pillow ever. Way too hard, too heavy and too large. It's impossible to use for sleeping on your back unless you want your neck bent forward. And they don't take returns! Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this pillow for the past month. It is a larger pillow which is nice, and it's flat on one side, and convex on the other. If you have the pillow wrong side, up you'll notice it right away and want to flip it over. I'm 6'4 and found the pillow fully supported my shoulders, neck, and head. I have enjoyed this product and it has helped reduce tossing and turning. I wake up feeling more refreshed and alert. I also find falling asleep is a little easier and quicker. All in all a very high quality and comfy primary pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer a firmer pillow and this one after a month is still holding strong and providing ample support for my neck and head. The pillow size is great, like almost 1.5 pillows so a 2nd one isn't needed. My only downside is that I am living heat radiator and the pillow does tend to hold heat, so if you're like me, consider the cooling options. Despite the heat, I am very happy with the pillow overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's rare that I find a pillow that is suitable for side sleeping, but also efficient for back sleeping. I love the way this pillow contours to my head. I'm also able to sleep with my arm under the pillow without it disrupting the feel of my head on it, which would usually wake me up and now doesn't. I prefer this pillow for side sleeping over back sleeping though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a great pillow! I prefer a more firm pillow rather than squishy if that makes sense. It's firm but very comfortable. I will be purchasing for the rest of my rooms!
