Received it yesterday and I love it!! It is lined, the lace, dots and embroidery around the base are really nicely done. It has substance to it. I couldn’t wait to get it on my bed so I put it in without ironing; however, I plan on steaming it tonight . One of the nicest bedskirts I’ve ever seen. High quality!!
