bought this. it asked if I want to pay extra for old mattress haul away or warranty. those were 2 add on options. I said no. I assumed when it came they would knock on door and put in bedroom. they just left it inside gate. it's like 200 pounds. I cannot move it. I contacted Wayfair. they said I needed to pay extra for "white glove" to put it in bedroom. That was not in ad and seems ridiculous to "pay extra" to just put in room. I am not talking about assembly.

I have had my old mattress all of my 24yrs. This was my first upgrade. I researched and compared for weeks. I am so happy to have chose the helix. Absolutely perfect. 10hrs of sleep! Not too firm and not to plush. Enough to sink in with support.
