The Helix Dusk Luxe has given me the best sleep of my life. As a stomach sleeper who has struggled with lower back pain for years, finding the right mattress has always been a challenge. Great bed overall. We had a 10 year old Tempur-Pedic and wanted something with a little more support. The hybrid mattress was the way to go. I am a bigger guy and have traditionally been a side or stomach sleeper, but the extra support allows me to sleep comfortably on my back. The top has the appropriate softness where it melds around you but the springs provide enough support where you still lie on top of the mattress. It has enough cushion where I also don't get sore hips or shoulders if I do sleep on my side. My low back pain has much improved since switching. We did get the extra cooling layer. I can't say that I notice a difference my temperature in this bed compared to my 100% foam Tempur-Pedic. My wife and I can notice each other move a little bit, but it's not profound. I would say the motion reduction is better than our Tempur-Pedic when it got old, but not as good as when it was brand new. We had considered the Helix Plus for The bed took a good week to fully expand, and it was a little firm until then. Delivery was easy. Set up of the base was easy. I was able to do it all by myself, but the mattress is quite heavy, so I would recommend two people or to get the install for most customers.. Aaron R.. Tue Sep 08 2026

This mattress is amazing. Every time I lie down on it, I'm like "oh yeah, that's right" as I'm reminded how comfortable I am. My Apple Watch sleep score has never been higher, either. Every night, assuming I get to sleep on time, I easily score in the 90s. Before this mattress I'd be lucky to score in the 80s.
