You’re buying a warranty that’s it. Bought another cozy sheet and it didn’t last a year. Bought it on sale and because I didn’t pay full price or bend over all the way. They wouldn’t warranty it. Pay full bed over and they might help you. Or maybe not.

This is a wonderful product, so cool and so soft. I will be ordering the top sheet and pillowcases!
