Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. Had to move water line underneath toilet to install. Comfortable. Maybe a little large for a small bathroom but overall good. UPDATE: I have loved ALL my Wayfair purchases so I hate to add a negative review here...overall this toilet is good BUT when you go #2 almost always it leaves skid marks. I have to keep a brush by the toilet and brush it down every time. Quite annoying!!! My kids of course don't brush it so by the time I get there, it hardens and I have to scrub it. These stools are stunning! I bought two, then recently another. Powerful flush and comfortable. The price is a value and my plumber commented on the ease of installation. He’s purchased several since my first installation. Often out of stock, but worth the wait. The flush is stronger and quicker to refill than the competitor with “Tornado flush”.
