Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. We did recently purchased a Toto toilet w Bidet seat. I'm not reviewing the toilet, but the process that Wayfair and I went through. We went through many problems, but Wayfair never failed to keep me informed and happy. Our first item turned unavailable. The manufacturer promised a date. The date failed to materialize. We ordered an alternate that cost more, but we were not charged. More time. Then the transportation company between Wayfair and here had troubles. BUT we eventually got our Toto. Wayfair at the mercy of manufacturers and transporters kept us informed of what I would call a perfect storm of production and transportation glitches. great so far. i've owned this toilet for a few weeks now and its been great. the only issue i found was with the installation instructions, they are quite incomplete and i ended up having to translate the french instructions in order of get it working. it is important to look thru the entire installation guide (including the other languages) as there are actually different illustrations that help you. As a creative director and principle of a large brand and graphic design firm, i can say that Kohler really needs to rethink the guide and provide for better instruction.
