Toilet works fine. Toilet came with instructions for another toilet. I called Kohler and asked for the correct installation instructions as well as instructions for use. That was over a month ago and still have received nothing.

i love this toilet. I cannot even tell you how amazing a toilet can be. It's such a conversation piece.

We own two of these and couldn’t be more pleased. Extreme quality and functionality. I’ve read a few reviews, and though I respect those who tried to install this as a skilled DIYer, there is now way I wouldn’t install with an experienced, professional plumber. My plumber had no experience with smart toilets, but between the two of us, we had no difficulty installing the toilets. To be fair, thought I’ve used only a few bidet/smart toilets, I could not reccomend these more.

I’ve had this toilet for a while, and I’ve been happy with it, but now the control is broken. I cannot find out how to get a new one.

After two months of usage, had the pump and sensors replaced under warranty. Still works erratically, especially the auto-flush.
