It's a massive toilet. Unconventional. The first item shipped was replaced for being damaged in transit. Then the second item was delivered damaged by the Wayfair team (with the front end of the toilet protruding from the bottom of the box; when I asked them what was wrong with the box, they ran off without an explanation), requiring me to call to schedule to have it picked up a week later. Still waiting for this broken, 150-lb (!) piece of porcelain and plastic to be removed from my house.
