Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. (Note: I was not compensated in any way for this review - just a firm believer in Kohler products after spending years repairing and wasting money on inferior brands.). Retired-diyer. Pennsylvania. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. I can’t get anyone to help because it was more than 31 days.. Anonymous. Scarsdale, NY. Fri Oct 17 2025
