The piece is beautiful and blends with the other elif the bathroom. The issues I had was that it arrived at my house as one piece and I couldn't separate the back plate from the body of the holder. After returning the initial piece, getting a replacement and a few calls to the manufacturer I realized that to separate the unit into pieces so it can be served into the wall, you need to use a vice grip wrench and a beastly twist.
