Over engineered to the point that it's much too complicated to install. I just bought a new house and needed to install 4 different TP holders for the 4 bathrooms. This is the only one that takes 1/2 hour to do. The other brands I bought take 10 minutes or less, and cost 1/4 as much. I guaranty they will work just as well.
