Awesome toilet! The flush is amazing and the seat height is perfect!

Clean & sleek look. It's a real water saver too! The cowling around the base makes routine cleaning a snap. Not your typical installation so, even though there were clear written instructions provided, I had it professionally installed. Toto is a very reliable manufacturer. We've now replaced all of the toilets in our house with Toto products.

Very happy with this toilet. It is comfortable yet has a sleek design. I may be ordering another for powder room.

I have had considerable problems after ordering online. First I ordered an expensive Toto toilet and was told it would be delivered in 3 days or less. I could not track my order on FedEx or on the Wayfair site. It just showed that it was waiting to be shipped. It showed up 4 days late-had to give the plumber money because he showed up. Almost a week ago I ordered a cabinet for the bathroom I am redoing. Again a shipping problem. I was told it was on its way from Georgia and I would have it today. I have a letter sent yesterday saying that. I could not track the package again and I called again. I spoke to a supervisor Mitch who told me a different story but I believe it is the truth. The medicine chest is now enroute from Virginia and they will contact me as they say it is on a truck going to a delivery agent. The point of shopping online is to have dependable service. Their commercials are better then their service so far. I have more bathrooms to do in my house and I am now apprehensive about using them. The toilet is great. The toilet is 5 stars.

The Toto Toilet meets our expectations....although a little "noisier" than we thought it would be.
