The towel bar is only 30 “ The reason I ordered this was because it said it was 32 1/2” and my husband could have made this work with the studs. I guess the plate to go on the outside is included in with the size. Maybe they should have that in the specifications. You can just hang a towel bar up and expect it to stay in the drywall. It needsto be in the studs. They did not give the right template to mount it to the wall. They gave an 18” and a 24”... this makes absolutely no sense! They also gave 2 different size brackets. Don’t waste your money on this. Look elsewhere....that way you are happy. It’s a shame bc the quality is nice.

The towel bars themselves are very sturdy and well made. I've deducted a star for two reasons: 1) the mounting template covers 18" and 24" inch towel bars, but not the 32.5" ones 2) the hex wrench included with the mounting kit is not the correct size, it is too small. A 5/64ths hex wrench works fine though, you just need have one handy.

Well made. The templates supplied are for a smaller units, but it is easy to expand by combining what is supplied with some tape

Wonderful addition to the bathroom. Plenty of space for large fluffy towels!!!
