The product arrived in two sizes--micro and supermicro--and had to be reshipped. The installation turned out to be tricky. There are many nooks and crannies for grout to fill; if your installer is not perfect, they will have left small openings for water to seep under and into the underlayer. With dark grout and dark stone its hard to see. That's what happened to my shower,the little pebbles started popping off and the whole floor had to be ripped out.
