Works great for what it is. We needed specific measurements because of our old house and plumbing and this was a great find. Couple issues with clogging but I think that was more due to children using too much toilet paper rather than the toilet itself.

Advertised as a 14" rough-in toilet, but is a 12" rough-in base with a tank that has an added 2" casting on the back, making it a longer stool is all. Also found casting irregularities that made it very difficult to to seal around the base.
