Beautiful but about 3-4 in each of 2 boxes of 10 pieces were broken. Delayed tile project, which had a cascading effect of multiple delays on a remodel project costing us thousands of dollars in the end. Wayfair gave us a 10% off next order as a "we 're sorry" compensation and when we went to use that is was expired. The lack of customer service / was staggering.
